Your divorce is FINAL when the judge signs the Final Judgment of Dissolution. A short final hearing (about 2 minutes) is required which we will attend in person or over the phone. If you would like to avoid the hearing (most of our clients do) select the “No Hearing” option on the “Get Divorced” menu. The option is not available if your spouse is missing and I do not recommend if there are children.
